Erasmus in Malaga is a newly-established Centre of internship language and practice based in the centre of Malaga city (Spain). Our Centre’s Mission Statement is to foster cultural exchange between Spain and the other countries of Europe and its citizens. Access to the Cultural, Political, Economic and Social life of the city, We can offer classes in Spanish and English, at all levels, an introduction to the Castilian language and the rich culture which surround it. Through our partnerships with local NGOs, businesses and universities we can guarantee meaningful placements with high quality employers in this region. The European Union's Leonardo da Vinci project was established in 1994 to promote vocational training and lifelong learning across the EU.

Among the main aims of the ERASMUS project are:

  • to enable young people to gain work experience abroad
  • to strengthen the skills of young people in vocational training
  • to establish international exchange programmes
  • to improve the quality of vocational training
  • to facilitate the exchange of ideas and good practice

Countries currently taking part are : EU Member States: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
Other: Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Romania, Bulgaria.

Each work placement is carefully selected based on information provided by the sending organisation and the individual's CV. Prior to starting the work placement, each participant has an informal interview with the employer, where they learn a little about the company and the job.

At present we can offer work placements in: administration, finance, international commerce, marketing, tourism, education, catering, lab work, graphic design, logistics, mechanical engineering, electronics, motor mechanics, architecture, IT, hairdressing, ecology and many, many more.

People on mobility projects receive EU funding to cover: Travel, accommodation, board, insurance, language course.
Throughout the duration of the placement, Edubuzz employees are on hand to help with any problems. We maintain close contact with the employer to monitor the participant's progress and performance.
